Enter the loading dock off of NW 12th.  Photos of the dock and a street map are attached.

Customers will pay for their own food.  The property manager will cover the difference if the minimum is not met.

There is one company in the complex called Perkins Coie that wants to cover the cost of lunch for their employees.  Perkins Coie employees will show their employee badge for an eligible free meal (a photo of the badge is attached).  They anticipate 35-40 meals.  Please write down the names of these employees and send them to the company along with the invoice due.  Please send an invoice to the following email address and they will cover the cost of these meals. Lisa Miner - lminer@perkinscoie.com

There is a $600 minimum + 20% gratuity in place.  If there is a balance due to meet the minimum, 2 companies will be splitting that amount.  Please email invoices for 50% of the total to these email addresses and they will pay with a card.  katrina.smith@jll.com; katie.smith@arkemgmt.com

Location: Clackamas Community College’s Horticulture Department, specifically in Green Lots #1 on Oregon City’s main campus -  at the corner of S Beavercreek Rd and Clairmont Drive in Oregon City. 

We have 40' of reserved parking on NE 9th and NE Multnomah (you will be parked on 9th in the spaces just north of Multnomah). See the map attached.
If there are cars parked in our permitted spaces, please call 503.823.5195 and request the tow ASAP. Parking Enforcement has been directed to prioritize these for us. Be ready with location information, make & model, color, and license plate number (if known).

If Parking Authority stops by, our permit for this location is attached. Please do not park any vehicles in our reserved spaces that are not either a food truck or a vehicle being used to tow a food trailer.

Vending - attendees will pay for their own food.
