There is a company named Phoenix that would like to offer sponsored meals to employees (usually about 30). When you arrive, the contact will drop off a list of employees that are eligible for a meal (one entree and one side per employee). They'd like you to check their badge when they come up to the truck and check them off the list. They also need an itemized invoice at the end of the event. If you're not able to itemize through your POS, she'd like you to write down what employees are ordering on the list of employees for tracking purposes. She will collect the list at the end of the day. For payment, she'll need an electronic invoice that her supervisor will pay with a card. Tenants will pay for their own food.
The property manager has agreed to a $750 minimum guarantee. Gratuity is not paid on the portion that the property manager covers.
